Through Neelima 9, pregnant women are getting a card called ‘Neelima 9’. On 9th date of every month, pregnant women are examined by experienced obstetricians and getting all the necessary scans and medicines at free of cost. The women having ‘Neelima 9’ card will get the complete care for normal delivery at zero cost and LSCS at 10,000 rupees only.
