Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) is established by the Anurag University, a state private university is established as per The Telangana State Private Universities Act, Act No. 11 of 2018. The Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) got Essentiality Certificate (EC) from Govt. of Telangana for Starting MBBS course in Anurag University.

NMC Permission

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has granted approval to Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) under Anurag University for starting MBBS programme with an intake of 150 Students for the academic year 2023-24.

Affiliating University

Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) is affiliated to Anurag University and has been started by Anurag University in its lush green campus spread over 100 acres. At Anurag University, students are empowered to become forward-thinking professionals and leaders who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and ethical values.

Counselling for MBBS Course

The admissions into Neelima Institute of medical sciences (NIMS) will be done through counselling for NEET qualified candidates by Kalaji Narayana Rao University of health sciences (KNRUHS)

Reservation Policy

As per Section 33 of Telangana Private Universities Act 11 of 2018, 25% of seats, that is 38 of the total 150 seats are reserved for students from Telangana.

Seat Matrix & Fee Details

The seat matrix and fee details are given in the 4th Statutes and Ordinances of Anurag University cited in reference no (5). The intake for MBBS course approved by NMC is 150.
